Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy sets out the terms for refunds, transfers, and cancellations for CPD events, the Negotiator Certification Course (NCC), the REN Renewal Programme (RRP), and all other learning programmes offered by PEPS Ventures Berhad

1. Standard Refund Window

You may request a full refund of your course fee, less a processing charge of RM 20 per transaction, provided your cancellation request is received by us at least ten (10) business days before the event date. Business days are counted Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.

Refund requests received fewer than ten (10) business days before the event are not eligible for a cash refund. Please refer to the transfer option in Section 3 below.

2. Cancellation by PEPS Ventures

If PEPS Ventures cancels an event for any reason, including insufficient enrolment, speaker unavailability, venue issues, or force majeure, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their course fee within ten (10) business days of the cancellation notice, or the option to transfer their registration to a future session of the same programme at no additional charge.

Where an event is postponed rather than cancelled outright, we will offer participants the choice of attending the rescheduled date or receiving a full refund.

3. Transfer to Another Date

If you are unable to attend on the registered date, you may request a transfer to a future session of the same course, subject to availability, provided that:

  • The transfer request is submitted at least five (5) business days before the original event date.
  • A transfer fee of RM 50 applies per transfer request.
  • Each registration may be transferred a maximum of one (1) time.
  • Transfers are subject to availability of the requested future session.

A transfer credit is non-transferable to another person and has no cash value.

4. Substitute Participant

As an alternative to a transfer or cancellation, you may nominate a substitute participant to attend in your place, provided:

  • You notify us by email to support@pepsventures.com at least three (3) business days before the event.
  • The substitute meets all eligibility requirements for the course.
  • Full registration details for the substitute are provided at the time of request.

No charge applies for a one-time substitution within the same organisation or firm.

5. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend the registered event without prior written notice to PEPS Ventures will be treated as a no-show. No refund or transfer credit will be issued in such cases. The full course fee is forfeited.

If you are unable to attend on the day due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases at our discretion and may offer a partial credit toward a future event.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of approval. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Curlec (Razorpay Malaysia). Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.

We are unable to issue refunds to a different account or method from the one used at the time of payment.

7. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To request a refund, transfer, or substitution, email us at support@pepsventures.com with the subject line "Refund Request, [Course Name], [Event Date]" and include:

  • Your full name and NRIC / passport number as registered.
  • The course name, event date, and your registration reference or payment receipt number.
  • The reason for your request (refund, transfer, or substitution).
  • For substitutions: the full name, NRIC, and contact details of the substitute.

We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and communicate the outcome within five (5) business days.

8. Policy Updates

PEPS Ventures reserves the right to update this Refund Policy. The policy in effect at the time of your registration will apply to your booking. Please review this page before completing each registration.
