• Introducing two new datasets coming to Valuer CoPilot Map: i. Overture Maps Foundation — open building footprints, places of interest, and land context (founded by AWS, Microsoft, Meta, TomTom) ii. Maxar satellite imagery — 30cm-resolution current and historical imagery
• The session teaches valuers how to actually use these in professional practice: a 5-stage workflow anchor (instruction → pre-inspection → site inspection → comparables → report writing), a report-wording with two model citation sentences, a 5-C reliance checklist (Coverage, Currency, Corroboration, Caveat, Control), and a live VCP Map demonstration.
• It also previews the VCP data roadmap (Flood & Hillside Risk module, Georisk, Agricultural & Plantation Land module) and shares in-progress engineering challenge: JPPH transaction records that arrive without coordinates or full address metadata, and the geospatial data science method used to resolve them.
