Participants will be guided through the key stages of a subsale transaction, including booking, earnest deposit, Sale and Purchase Agreement signing, loan application, consent, redemption, transfer, disbursement, and vacant possession. The course also aims to help agents understand the legal boundaries of their role, communicate more effectively with buyers and sellers, work better with lawyers and banks, and manage client expectations when delays or complications arise
