Land Valuation 360° — Traditional Methods & AI-Assisted Practice is a comprehensive CPD programme featuring two parts covering traditional land valuation and AI-assisted land valuation practice.
Part 1: Traditional Land Valuation: Fundamentals, Special Cases & Practical Applications
This session provides a balanced overview of traditional land valuation, covering core concepts of land and value, key factors influencing land valuation, specialised land conditions, tenure and development considerations, and practical case applications. The session is intended to help participants connect valuation fundamentals with real-world land scenarios while recognising the role of professional judgement when land characteristics, regulatory conditions or development considerations affect value.
Part 2: AI-Assisted Land Valuation — Data, Analysis & Practical Applications
AI-Assisted Land Valuation — Data, Analysis & Practical Applications is a practical CPD programme that teaches participants how to assess development land using the residual method, feasibility analysis, market-catchment research, and AI-assisted workflows. The course covers GDV estimation, development costs, developer’s profit, planning and site assumptions, market demand, project risks, and scenario testing. Participants will also learn how to configure AI memory, reusable skills, and reference materials to improve the consistency and efficiency of property research, feasibility studies, and professional reporting—while maintaining proper verification, confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional judgement.
