ESG Readiness for Real Estate Practice
ESG Readiness for Real Estate Practice is a facilitator-led physical training programme designed to help real estate professionals understand how ESG is beginning to influence property decisions, client conversations and day-to-day business practice. The programme introduces ESG in practical real estate language, covering Malaysia's ESG drivers, common environmental, social and governance issues across property types, and practical questions to ask during inspection, listing, leasing and client engagement. Participants will work through local real estate examples, property issue mapping, client conversation scenarios and responsible ESG communication. They will learn to identify relevant ESG-related property information, communicate property features responsibly without unsupported green claims, and use a basic property fact-finding checklist and 30-day action plan in their own practice.
Conducted by Ms. Amanda Yeo, a PEPS Ventures preferred speaker.
