This CPD course is designed to provide real estate professionals with practical legal awareness on developer project sales under the Housing Development Act, with specific focus on Schedule G and Schedule H Sale and Purchase Agreements, progressive payment structure, vacant possession timeline, LAD, buyer protection, and the legal boundaries of agents when communicating with purchasers.Participants will be guided through the key differences between subsale and developer sales, the purpose of the Housing Development Act in protecting purchasers, the difference between Schedule G for landed properties and Schedule H for strata properties, and the legal and practical implications that real estate professionals should understand when handling developer project transactions.The course also aims to help agents avoid common communication risks, including overpromising, misrepresenting developer obligations, giving legal advice, or making verbal commitments beyond the approved SPA terms.
