This advanced CPD program builds upon the foundational AMLA Compliance for Real Estate Professionals course previously conducted by Mr. Nazri.
 It focuses specifically on the practical aspects of preparing and submitting DCR (Due Diligence Compliance Report) and STR (Suspicious Transaction Report) for real estate practitioners. Negotiators Certification Course (NCC) is a two-day course where you need to attend before become a Real Estate Negotiators (REN) to legally conduct a real estate transaction and you will be issued with a Real Estate Negotiator Tag (REN Tag) under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).
