Speaker - Mr. Ng Wei Aik

Ng Wei Aik has been active in property management since 2013, assisting high-rise buildings with financial, strata title, and developer-related disputes. He is the founder of Total Property Management and NI Property Management, managing over 50 projects across Malaysia. A former Member of Parliament for Tanjong, he contributed to debates on the Strata Management Act 2013 and is a frequent visitor to the Strata Management Tribunal. He is also the author of Strata Management Tribunal – Your 7-Step Troubleshooting Guide and two Mandarin publications on strata management.
