Speaker - Madam Lee Wai Wah

After graduating from Queen Mary College, University of London and called to the English Bar, Ms Lee Wai Wah was called to the Malaysian Bar and practised law in Kuala Lumpur from 1990 until May 2024. She was the founder of the legal firms, M/s Lee Loke & Co and The Chambers of Lee.

She handled litigation up to federal court level, conveyancing, banking and probate portfolios. During her legal career, she has lectured law subjects and conducted numerous corporate trainings on company and property laws.

Wai Wah was engaged as the legal compliance officer by property management companies. Through them, she was involved both operationally and on a senior management level in property management where she looked after numerous stratified buildings predominantly in Kuala Lumpur.

Whilst being in the facilities management and property management environment, she trained the staff from the companies on various aspects of compliance, standard operating procedures and best practices in property management. She is currently a HRDC Accredited Trainer.
