Speaker - Mr. Ken Teo Khiok Nyuk

Mr. Ken Teo is a subject expert in Property Management (General Meeting; Handover; Strata Management Act 2013; Resident Relationship Management), Real Estate (Fundamental Analysis, Area Analysis, Trend Analysis), and Real Estate Investment Strategy for the Middle Class. Currently, he serves as the Principal of Gather Building Management Sdn Bhd and Director of Gather International Sdn Bhd. Additionally, he is a Registered Property Manager and the President of the Strata Manager Association (SMA) KL.

Mr. Ken Teo has conducted training sessions for various companies, including Public Listed Companies, MiPEAC, The Fifth Academy PLT, and BOVAEP (CPD & CDP). He also serves as an advisor to Public Listed Companies (Developers), Joint Management Bodies (JMBs), and Management Committees (MCs).

As a columnist and influencer, Mr. Ken Teo has contributed articles to Nanyang Siang Pau (62 articles), Sinchew Daily (85 articles), KwangHwa Daily (2 articles), and Property Trends (48 articles) under the Star Media Group.
