Speaker - Muhammad Asmirul Asraf Bin Fadli

Muhammad Asmirul Asraf Bin Fadli is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in both general litigation and corporate in-house advisory roles. He holds a Master of Commercial Law from the University of Malaya and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA. His legal expertise spans commercial law, regulatory compliance, and cross-border risk management. He has served in key legal and compliance roles at V Global Management and Opus Asset Management, where he led contract negotiations, corporate governance initiatives, and government liaison efforts. Mr Asmirul has also conducted in-house training on commercial contracts, AMLA, and data protection regulations. Beyond legal advisory, he has successfully secured government grants and strategic sponsorships for business conventions, showcasing his strength in stakeholder engagement and business advocacy.
