Mr. Thong is a practitioner in Artificial Intelligence Home Labs and his skills include AI cloud computing and Data Center networking. He implements secured, self-hosted AI servers for valuation research and conducts AI-data-driven training for the real estate industry. He is a Graduate Member of Royal Institution of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM) and is a Google Train-the-Trainer. He is a practising Probationary Valuer (PV 3377), Probationary Estate Agent (PEA 4525) and AI-Real Estate Super-User.
